A former academic I'm a feminist living in rural Northumberland with an ageing Patterdale and son recently relocated from London. I've written fiction and plays on the quiet for ages, with mixed success. A single parent I had to earn and write what I was paid to and I still have to earn but I'm driven to write. Stories burst out of me. I'm an audio podcaster too. A podcast of early chapters of the book I am sending were well received which has given me the encouragement to continue.
