I wrote to Pen Pals from 9 years of age. I then wrote letters to Boys in the Army particularly on the Angolan Border. I wrote essays for the school magazine. At university I would write stories. At the South African Broadcasting Corporation I was employed to write as a magazine editor. I have entered one or two competitions the latest being a script for an Afrikaans radio drama where I got a “mention”. I have been the editor of business journals
