B.A. Summer is the fiction pen name of non-fiction writer Jane Peyton. Jane loves amusing plot driven fiction featuring colourful characters in distinct communities. As BA Summer she has self-published two novels in the Sole Brethren series, a non-existent genre which she describes as ‘magical realism glamourous jollity’. Her third novel (unpublished) is called A Sideline In Murder, a dark comedy about a female ethical assassin in the Yorkshire Dales who is persuaded to come out of retirement.
