All I’ve ever wanted is to be an author. I have a good day job as a construction manager, but it’s just a way to support my writing life. I was one of those kids who cried when a book ended. I love stories that kick you in the gut, stories with profound themes, stories with beautiful natural settings, and most of all, stories about people who are real, nuanced and entertaining. I really hope to be able to write stories like that. During my day job I build houses, but by night I build worlds.
