In trying to escape extinction, humanity sleepwalks toward enslavement. Ten million fertile souls are sealed in stasis; the rest are abandoned. Four centuries later, a teenage girl and an ancient superstar wake in the North Uist Seed Station and flee into a silent, surveilled world. Hunted by automated drones, they race to reach the next Seed Station before humanity’s rebirth is claimed by immortal elites.
