MYSTIC REDRESS

In a case of contaminated beef inspired by historical persons and events, attorney Joe Driscoll, takes on a complex wrongful death case in Iowa against a large meatpacker responsible for the murders of Joe’s client and a key witness. Joe develops a romantic relationship with Trudy Darlington from a Lakota family, and when he learns that there is a contract on his life, he becomes untraceable. Alicia Bonin, who worked as Joe’s young associate prior to his disappearance, is driven to find him.
