19-year-old Cass escapes her heartless mother. In a dissociative state, she finds herself at the monoliths— the stone circle: a gateway to the fairies. She falls into another world: Ríocht na Síoga, and becomes an Eclipsed Elf, with the dark magic of a fragmented mind. Cass must embark on a journey through the fairylands. But the fae children have been going missing. Snatched by a being known as the ‘Elmshade.’ It draws forth memories of Cass’s past, memories of being drowned.
