A writing wonk, Amy has decades of experience in creative writing that she uses to craft scripts, novels, and retorts to arguments she lost 20 years ago. Amy has a background in film, TV, comedy, and federal communications (a different kind of comedy). Particular points of pride include the UCLA Writing for Late Night Television Workshop, being shortlisted for the Stories of the Nature of Cities 2099 prize, and surviving 14 years of attacks from a half-feral cat named Draco the Destroyer.
