After growing up in a (very) small town in Central Queensland, Stacey made the move to Western Australia at 18. A few years were spent in Defence, and then Stacey met a winemaker and moved to the Great Southern region of WA where he makes the most delicious riesling and pinot noir. Albany, on the south coast of WA, is now home, where Stacey dreams up meet-cutes and obstacles for her characters to overcome while walking, reading, and drinking chai lattes.
