I have always loved reading and writing stories. I remember going into my GCSE English Literature exam and forgetting it was an exam, engrossed in the creative process. At university, I had the chance to immerse myself in Spanish literary worlds. For a few years I taught secondary school Spanish, channelling my creativity into my lessons. Feeling a little lost, and in search of a new adventure, I left teaching and moved to Menorca, Spain, where I was inspired to write my first novel.
