I have worked as a writer, editor, and journalist for over thirty years in both the commercial and charity sectors. I hold a master’s in creative writing for Therapeutic Purposes and a Level 4 Certificate in Person-Centred Counselling, and during the Covid pandemic, I worked with ex-offenders for Rethink Mental Illness. These experiences have deeply informed my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the human capacity for change—all central to The Fixer.
