Recently retired and relocated to Spain, I spend my life on a bike or walking in the hills with my dog Rebel. I've recently discovered Padel,which also takes up a bit of time! I wrote my first book after retiring - Ride of her Life - the tale of Claire who at 33 is in a mid-life crisis! Not knowing which way to turn when her boyfriend leaves and her house goes up for sale, she undertakes a charity cycle from London to Paris and learns to shake off responsibilities and say "yes" to opportunities.
