I never planned to be a writer. Trained as an architect, I taught graphics at the American University in Cairo until a spontaneous classroom discussion about changing moments in life sparked the idea for my novel Adam’s Game. When documentary production later faced funding challenges, writing became my plan B—and ultimately my calling. Today I’m a bilingual author with 14 published books exploring identity, psychology, and cultural conflict through character-driven stories rich with suspense.
