I am a Canadian LGBTQ+ author living in Ottawa. I worked for many years as a senior policy analyst with the federal government, writing policies and speeches for deputy ministers. But all I really wanted to do was write fiction and I drew from these disciplines to hone my craft. Throughout my career, I published poetry in the Canadian magazine Waves, was the writer and editor of the Canadian WWII oral history THE HOME FRONT, and published my first novel THE PERUVIAN BOOK OF THE DEAD in 2023.
