Patti Buff grew up the tenth of eleven kids in a family that fostered hundreds of children, so disappearing into books was survival. She writes about people on society’s edges—the ones no one believes. Her writing has earned honorable mentions from the 2019 Capital Crime Festival’s New Voices Award and the Amazon Publishing New Voices Award (2021). A native Minnesotan, she lives in disgustingly beautiful Bavaria, Germany, and is represented by Hannah Sheppard.
