I’m a psychotherapist by profession but divide my time with writing. I've won a number of awards including the Penguin Ireland, John McGahern, Francis McManus, Bridport prize and others. I’ve been published in the Stinging Fly, The Dublin Review, The White Review, Per Contra and twice long-listed for the Sunday Times EGF Short Story Competition. I am working on a novel assisted by funding from the Arts Council Ireland. Originally from Dublin, I now live in the West of Ireland.
