A Caribbean woman from Trinidad and Tobago. My book of short stories Town on Fire: Stories from a Caribbean Coup was published in the UK March 2025. I have an MFA in creative writing from the University of the West Indies Trinidad. I have been long and shortlisted for a few competitions such as Alpine, Bridport , Kinsman Quarterly, Ink of Ages, winner of the Hodder and Hachette Caribbean Prize UK and of The Vincent Cooper Literary Prize for Caribbean Writing, second place Hammond House.
