I am a dual citizen of Canada and the UK, currently residing in Berkshire. I hold a BA in Canadian Studies and an MA in Creative Writing (Distinction), where this novel formed part of my final portfolio. I have worked and travelled throughout remote areas of Northern British Columbia and gained a wealth of experience, not only of those communities and their histories, but also the setting and location which I am bringing to my writing.  I have already started work on my second novel.
