I started writing in high school, but kept getting told I would never make it. Eventually I started believing in their words and opinions. But fast forward a couple years and I was in a dark place and decided to give it another go. And I’m proud to say I’ve completed my first book at age 22 and now at 23 I’m still continuing my writing.
