The escapism found in the pages of a novel is one of lifes greatest treasures and one I value dearly. I have always loved to write; as a kid, this took the form of five page 'novels' and picture books for my younger sister, as a teen I wrote short stories, and at university I studied screenwriting and created a number of pilots and short films. I have now - finally - finished the first draft of my first novel and cannot wait to continue the editing process.
