I'm a self-published author of commercial women's fiction. My debut novel, The Stand-Up Mam won runner-up in the Comedy Women in Print prize, self-published category last year, 2025. My short stories have been printed in several anthologies and I won a New Writing North/Journal Flash Fiction competition for The Chocolatier. I live near Sunderland and am married with two grown-up children.
