I started writing fiction when I stopped full time work. Through the MA in Writing, I wrote The House Fell on Her Head. This earned me a distinction and I self published. It has done quite well. In lockdown I wrote The Last Thing She Did; it was shortlisted for the GH Comp & for Mslexia annual comp, and published by Bloodhound. They didn't like my next, He Saw What She Did; I have re-written this. In between I have written numerous short stories, and have a YA novel about refugees in progress.
