Julie McCoy is a published author, playwright, and food & travel blogger. She loves to cook and bake, grow her own vegetables, and spend time in her garden. She spent her formative years in Munich, Germany, and briefly lived in London. She has worked as a writer, editor, and communications specialist in New York City, and spend two decades as a benefits manager for a labor organization on Long Island. Currently, she is the development manager at the historic Stanley Theatre in Utica, NY.
