I am a professor of English at a small university in Oklahoma (US), where I teach classes in everything from Batman to Beowulf. I have a PhD in 18th c. English literature, but also love teaching/researching fantasy & science fiction, comics, and art history. My short stories have appeared in small journals throughout the US/UK/Canada such as Allegory, Midwest Weird, Cosmic Roots & Eldritch Shores, and After Dinner Conversation, among others.
