I am an award-winning writer from Australia with stories published in a variety of magazines and journals. My novel manuscripts have previously been highly commended, shortlisted, and longlisted for multiple awards. I adore murder mysteries that hover on the edge of the genre and cross into magical realism or historical fiction. When not writing or looking after my three children, I direct extras on film sets and co-organise the Peter Carey Short Story Award in my spare time.
