I am a retired teacher with 3 novels published to some success in the early 1990s. I write every day, fiction, essentially realistic, although I have recently begun to explore beyond the edges of reality. Agents tell me that they like my writing, but have not delt able to engage professionally with my work. I had an agent and what appeared to be a burgeoning writing career, which all went cold. I long for an engaged, professional agent.
