I have a background in carpentry and had a market stall selling my handmade chess and backgammon sets in Covent Garden, London. As a care worker, I have worked with kids with behavioural problems, and I have spent fifteen years as a Design Technology teacher in Sussex. I now live high up in the mountains of Spain, where I write, paint and make ceramics. I have five psychological thrillers and one YA book published with three independent publishers. I weave aspects of my life into my books.
