Most readers think they’ve got a book in them. I did. I just had ‘things’ to do. Lots of them. Then one day, I got stern and decided: that I wasn't going to fall off the perch without writing (and finishing) at least one book; that I don't care if people make fun of me (that's a lie); and that it can't be that hard (uh – it was). Now, writing is part of my every day (after I finish my morning procrastination, of course).
