When not plotting fictional betrayals and conjuring kingdoms, I work for a health charity in London. My current novel draws on my Czech heritage and experiences with mental health challenges, combining Slavic folklore and emotion-fuelled pain magic. In my spare time, I host a creative writing group at my local library.
