Dirk Strasser’s historical fantasy CONQUIST won a Silver Medal in the Coffee Pot Book Club BOOK OF THE YEAR AWARD 2024 and was a finalist in the BEST FANTASY NOVEL category of the Aurealis Awards. His screenplay version of CONQUIST was a featured finalist in the Creative World Awards. THE BOOKS OF ASCENSION, his epic fantasy trilogy, was published in English (Pan Macmillan) and German (Heyne Verlag). He has won a DITMAR AWARD, and his short stories have been translated into several languages.
