Dan Rubin is the multi-awarded author of five books as well as short stories, journalism, poetry and non-fiction. He grew up in the United States but has lived in Canada for more than 50 years. He now makes his home in Newfoundland, where his writing continues to explore a wide range of themes including science, arts, social change and gardening. He is a musical performer with a dozen albums of original music released. He is working on four novels and three non-fiction book-length works.
