This is my debut novel, though I have another manuscript waiting in a drawer. I run a writers’ critique group (the perfect use of my psychology degree) while working on my next project. Fun fact: As a teenager, I discovered a family secret. My biological grandfather was not the man I believed, but someone entirely unknown to me. In my novel, I named the fortune teller Ganza after his mother and her son Tolek after him, a quiet wink to the universe acknowledging they existed.
