As an ex-City Litigator (and mother of an unexpected baby) I know a thing or two about my subject matter. I spent years trying to escape my job, working for The Times as a secret columnist and creating a legal blog (anonymousassistant.com). When my Maternity Leave didn’t go to plan, I joined Faber Academy and worked through my issues in a new, fictional, frame! The resulting novel was shortlisted for the Comedy Women in Print Prize.
