Chikezie Onwumere is a Law graduate of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (formerly Anambra State University). His manuscripts, Denizens of the Wild and Chimaijem, were long-listed for Quramo Writers’ Prize. Also, Miss Too-Good was long-listed for the Quramo Writers’ Prize and shortlisted for the James Currey Prize for African Literature. He received an award for his essay “A Maestro Does Not Age in His Art,” published in the 7th edition of the Chinua Achebe Poetry/Essay Anthology.
