From childhood storytelling to award-winning plays and novels, my writing journey has been shaped by teaching and family life. My play "Doorways" won the Maskew Miller Prize in 2014, followed by young adult novels "Miscast" and "Leopard Calling," both earning literary honours. Now retired, I dedicate myself to writing, inspired by life's stories and eager to reach new audiences. I am currently working on my first adult novel, have an ever growing poetry collection and continue to fill journals
