Carrick D’Arcy is a late-thirties office worker who writes about punk resistance and the end of the world. He studied Professional and Creative Writing at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia, majoring in Politics and Policy Studies. After graduation, Carrick took all that promise to instead work in finance for the next decade (almost two). Carrick was longlisted for the Richell Prize in 2023 and again in 2025 and now seeks representation and publication.
