I'm an ex-caver, mainly in Counties Fermanagh and Cavan, where the caves straddle the border. A search for a 'lost' tunnel underground combined with the ongoing mystery of the 'Disappeared' (men and women accused of being traitors and whisked away to their deaths over the border at the hands of paramilitaries) forms the backdrop to the caving club reunion and renewed focus on Erin's dad, missing for thirty years+. I'm an Irish writer, focused on flawed characters & memories and wild landscapes.
