A mother of five and grandmother. I live on Thistledown Acres with cows, sheep, our dog Bobby whose is a female doodle. I love reading. I love writing. My whole career and life has centred on children, young adults, and their families. My worked centred on helping build resilience and strength for life. I believe literature helps children think about life and how to deal with the stuff that comes at us. So does play. Play and reading, nothing better!
