Evolution has taken a different road producing animals with wheels. Clever four-wheeled roadster, Speedy, races for help after his freeway-living fleet is attacked by a gang of two-wheeled bi-cats. This leads him and his tank kin to discover a larger threat: vicious, wheel-less, creatures called ‘humans'. Speedy and new friend Hatchback, lost on the wrong side of the Mountain Wall, must overcome new threats and strange foes to race home and warn their families of the danger humans represent
