Venice: the perfect time and place

It's December 2019, after almost missing their trip to Venice, Lucien and Glenna eventually make it to the floating city. Lucien is trying to plan the perfect wedding proposal to his girlfriend, however it seems fate is against him. Venice is currently having it's worse high tides in years and every opportunity Lucien is given, is soon washed away. Will he choke with the pressure or keep persevering? And will Glenna suspect what he is up to and ruin his surprise?
