Gail Farquhar, ardent fan of heartthrob singer Conan Eliades, meets him in her building’s lift one day, or thinks she does. The man she’s met is really Jimmy Mara, Conan look-alike and OCD bookseller, who now plays along with her mistake. Romance develops on this false foundation, until Jimmy’s forked tongue curls around to bite him on the bottom, so to speak, in quite an unexpected way.
