The Activist

Blurb John Lennon survives the attempt on his life in 1980 and lived to be 80. We follow his life as an activist in former Yugoslavia, Ethiopia and the Amazon rain forest and as a leader in several protest marches in the USA. His private life is open in a close-up portrait, including death, literally at his feet, tiffs with his wife and rash decisions. We meet Rob Newton, the journalist, writing the biography of John. with John´s views on life, death, childhood and his demons.
