Pearl and the Office of Miracles

I’m Pearl. Mum has cancer, Grandma once talked about the Office of Miracles, I thought they might help, but Mum died anyway. I get bullied, my sister gets pregnant, my brother gets into drugs, Dad finds a girlfriend and my best friend tries to commit suicide. On top of all that I discover Grandma runs the Office of Miracles. I’m angry at first, but end up helping out, I realise things aren’t always what they seem. Sometimes I think things can’t get any worse… then, they usually do.
