This story is based on actual events, a first-hand account of my school days, written some fifty-odd years later. I promised the teenage me that I would get this story out to the world. It is about how the establishment, my school, allowed terrible abuse to be overlooked. It is set in the 1970s. Try to picture how I looked at that time: tall, androgynous, long hair, makeup, nail varnish, and platform boots. This book could be titled – Blind Eye or: How Glam Rock Stopped Me Getting Buggered.
