Carn Marrock is a despot on the run. Once king, he has succumbed to the werewolf curse that marks his bloodline and been stripped of his decadent rule. Now exiled to the forgotten lands of his country’s fallen empire, he is to be ritually hunted by the knights of his court. Through skeletal forests and pale jungles, Carn searches for a cure, seeking a way to reclaim his throne. Yet the tyrant carries his most deadly opponent with him, a beast of insatiable greed, with dark designs of its own.
