Undertaker Jago Drake soaks up the memories, the stories, the emotions, of the families he cares for. When he talks to them in his office or in their living rooms he hears the disjointed tales of the deceased. These are people he thinks he knows, but he realises how little he knew them. He takes the weight of these memories for the families, helps to carry their load as he would bear a coffin on his shoulders. Sometimes the weight is heavy, so heavy.
