Alcoholic playwright Steven Scrivens has many problems both real and imagined. But it is the nightly intrusion of the supernatural world into his life that is driving Steven to the brink of insanity. The entity that lurks behind the heavy velvet curtains in his luxury London apartment badly wants his attention and is prepared to do anything to get it. Steven's life is at stake and he has no idea how and why this is so. And Steven will soon learn that 'the dead do tell tales'.
