An Amsterdam informant hears about a huge drug importation by Chinese criminals and tells his Belgium handler. He is found dead hours later. Detectives in the UK learn about a plan to flood the northwest with drugs from Hong Kong Triads. DI Rob Royce and DS Paula Cullen are on the case, but don't know enough. The UK criminals travel to Bangkok to meet the Triads to seal the deal. DI Royce is sent after them, but with no legal authority to be there, will he succeed, or will he be discovered?
