Catabasis

Their boy's soul is gone. The doctors say that he could wake up at any moment; they say that now is the time for waiting. But Duke knows better. She has felt the living body and known that it had no soul. And so, the family's two cats, Duke and Dizzy, travel to the chthonic realm to find him. But in an underworld teetering on the brink of revolution, they are caught between the whims and jealousies of the gods in a fight against time to save their boy's soul and bring him home to their family.
